i had two growlers of psuedo in my fridge. a buddy came over, now there are none. just like that.

"pseudo" at pizza port san clemente
"pseudo" won the gold medal at last year's big craft beer event. i am not really sure why noah (the brewer) named it pseudo. i have my suspicions though. i suspect it has something to do with pliny. this beer is ...dare i say it... as good...if not better than pliny.
